references to an "instrument of ratification"shall be construed as including references to instruments of acceptance and approval;
Any entity not covered by paragraph (2) shall become bound by this Treaty three months after the date on which it has deposited its instrument of ratification or accession.
Countries must deposit the instrument of ratification (or equivalent) in New York by 8 November 2005 to participate with full powers in the first Conference of the Parties.
This Convention shall come into force between the ten States whichfirst ratify it, six mon ths after the date of the deposit of the tenthinstrument of ratification.
